The Process:
Contact us with the idea you have so far! Use the contact form (linked here) to submit your starting point. This can be ANYTHING. Even if you don’t have the slightest clue what you want to give but just know you want to show your appreciation to someone with a custom gift, reach out! We make the process of discovering the perfect item easy. Frankly, we probably love this part the most, because we often help our clients have gift-giving “EUREKA!” moments. We will email you back within 36 hours with questions to solidify the idea or project. This is the “Discovery Phase,” during which we set the project’s parameters. This could be a quick back and forth, or we may do a few exchanges. For complex projects, we may get on the phone or video chat with you to nail it down.
Next, you get a formal proposal from us with details about the project. This includes timelines and the final deliverable. Let us know if there are any changes you want to make, and we will update the proposal. We want this to be perfectly accurate!
You approve the project and handle payment. We work with upfront payment, because we need to order supplies. Of course, this also means there won’t be surprises at the end for you either. There’s no “Oh, well, we also needed to do this as well…” Everything is spelled out in the proposal, and we stick to it.
We’re off to the races with ordering supplies and working on your custom goods! If anything comes up, such as a supply chain issue, we promise to communicate with you right away to either find an alternative or other solution to the situation.
